Stan podgorączkowy, bóle głowy i ogólne osłabienie to działania niepożądane leku Xarelto, które nie powinny pojawiać się w trakcie terapii i, które są wskazaniem do konsultacji z lekarzem i rozważenia zasadności terapii.
