Opisane przez Panią objawy, tj. senność i trudności z koncentracją obserwowane były po długotrwałym podaniu wysokich dawek - ok. 20 gramów surowca dziennie, zwłaszcza u osób wrażliwych na walerianę.
Valused przyjmowany w dawkach terapeutycznych jest bardzo dobrze tolerowany i nie powoduje opisanych problemów.
