Substancją aktywną leku Xarelto jest rywaroksaban. Jest to lek o działaniu przeciwzakrzepowym. Stosowanie go łącznie z lekiem Magnokal Asparaginian nie będzie powodowało występowania interakcji. Magnokal to preparat złożony zawierający składniki mineralne (magnez i potas).
W razie wątpliwości, warto skonsultować się z lekarzem, który przepisał lek Xarelto.
