For @Magda: Dexamethasone should only be used with Staveran if your doctor has prescribed this combination and adjusted your dosage accordingly, as dexamethasone (the active ingredient in Dexamethasone) may reduce the blood pressure lowering effect of verapamil (the active ingredient in Staveran). If combining these drugs is necessary, you should strictly follow the dosage regimen established with your doctor and regularly monitor your blood pressure.
