Nie ma przeciwwskazań do doraźnego stosowanie leku Scopolan podczas terapii produktem leczniczym Pylera.
Zaburzenia ze strony układu pokarmowego, takie jak ból brzucha, niestrawność, zaparcia czy wzdęcia zaliczane są do częstych działań niepożądanych leku Pylera, obserwowanych częściej niż u 1 na 100 pacjentów przyjmujących lek.
