Is it possible to combine the drugs Nilogrin and Xarelto?

I take Xarelto 20mg once a day. Can I take Nilogrin 10mg together with the above-in-question medicine? Will there be no interaction?

Ponieważ nicergolina - substancja czynna leku Nilogrin - zmniejsza agregację płytek oraz lepkość krwi, może nasilać działanie leków przeciwzakrzepowych, takich jak Xarelto, dlatego stosowanie u pacjentów przyjmujących jednocześnie oba leki wymaga zachowania ostrożności.

Xarelto i Nilogrin można więc przyjmować razem, ale tylko wtedy, jeśli zostały przepisane przez jednego lekarza, lub jeśli lekarze przepisujący te preparaty byli poinformowani o tym, jakie inne leki pacjent już zażywa, na jakie dodatkowe schorzenia cierpi i tylko w takiej kombinacji (kolejności), jak wynika z tych zaleceń.
