Can pain in the side be related to taking cholesterol-lowering drugs?

Hello. On Saturday, I was vaccinated with Pfizer for covid. Could Liphantyl 160 harm and cause pain in the right side of the side? (I guess the liver.. )

Wśród działań niepożądanych leku Lipanthyl Supra wymienia się zaburzenia wątroby, najczęściej zwiększenie aktywności aminotransferaz, rzadziej kamicę żółciową i zapalenie wątroby. Jeśli dolegliwości pojawiły się jednorazowo, nie ma powodu do niepokoju.

Jeśli dolegliwości te będą utrzymywać się przez okres dłuższy niż kilka dni, proszę skonsultować się z lekarzem rodzinnym, który zleci podstawowe badania, które pomogą ustalić ich przyczynę.
