Miesiączka zwykle pojawia się około 28-35 dni po odstawieniu antykoncepcji hormonalnej.
Zdarza się, że miesiączka może powrócić dopiero po zakończeniu karmienia piersią.
Jeśli natomiast chodzi o COVID-19, to na ten moment ciężko jest jednoznacznie stwierdzić, jak wpływa on na miesiączkę. Takich badań możemy spodziewać się w przyszłości, jednak niewykluczone, że choroba może przyczynić się do jej opóźnienia.
