Which drug can cause constipation if I take Dulsevia, Ketrel and Pregabalin?

From 6 months I take Dulsevie 60 mg in the morning and Ketrel 25 mg per night, additionally 2x Pregabaline. Mentally it feels quite good, but I noticed that the problems with the intestines have increased very much. He suffers from ZJD. Can these drugs cause severe constipation ? Any specifically?
