Can I switch from Vines tablets to Microgynon on any day of the cycle?

Hello. I'm on a third tablet vines and wants to change to another - Microgynon21( because after vines it eats and it's tight- using a diet and exercising). Can I go crazy (I'm 46 years old)

Zmianę z Vines na Microgynon 21 należy dokonać po przyjęciu ostatniej aktywnej tabletki z blistra Vines. Przejście w dowolnym dniu cyklu może osłabić skuteczność antykoncepcyjną tabletek i wymagać stosowania dodatkowej antykoncepcji przez cały pierwszy cykl przyjmowania tabletek Microgynon, ponadto zwiększa się ryzyko ciąży jeśli doszło do stosunku bez zabezpieczenia w ciągu ostatnich 7 dni przed dokonaniem takiej zamiany.

Zatem, najbezpieczniej byłoby wybrać Vines do końca opakowania (placebo można pominąć) i dopiero wtedy rozpocząć przyjmowanie Microgynon.
