Am I protected even when taking Dionelle tablets while taking placebo tablets?
Hi, you see I started my first in my life hormonal contraception (tablets Dionelle 21 +7), hence also my question. I've read a lot of articles that say I'm protected during a 7-day bleeding break, just like I did the previous 21 days. However, my concern is that since this is my first ever package, and it will ejaculated in me 2 days before the 7-day break, the body will "detect" it as an omission of the tablet. I take the tablets regularly, every day at 15 o'clock, not a minute late. However, despite everything, I am afraid of an unwanted pregnancy. For my tablets, am I protected during the 7-day break if I start the next pack 8days?

Tak, jeśli pierwszą tabletkę Dionelle przyjęła Pani w 1 dniu miesiączki, jest Pani chroniona przed ciążą podczas całej terapii przyjmowania tabletek, również w dniach, gdy przyjmuje Pani tabletki placebo.
Środek działa w oparciu o następujące mechanizmy:
- hamowanie owulacji
- zwiększenie gęstości śluzu szyjkowego i zmniejszenie jego przepuszczalności dla plemników
- wywoływanie zmian w obrębie błony śluzowej macicy (endometrium), które mogą prowadzić do
uniemożliwienia zagnieżdżenia zapłodnionej komórki jajowej.
Zatem, jeśli przyjmuje Pani tabletki prawidłowo - owulacja jest zahamowana i nawet jeśli przez 7 dni stosuje Pani placebo - nie ma ryzyka ciąży, z uwagi na brak owulacji.
