Jeśli pierwszą tabletkę Oc-35 przyjęła Pani od razu po zakończeniu terapii Yasminelle (po 7-dniowej przerwie stosowania Yasminelle) - wówczas ochrona będzie zachowana już od pierwszej tabletki Oc-35 i nie ma konieczności stosowania dodatkowej antykoncepcji w postaci prezerwatywy.
