take e for several years Egiramlon 10 + 10mg, Nebitat 5mg, unfortunately, pressure very high every day! I support Captopril 25mg but the pressure drops for a few hours and again high in about 180 / 80 200 / 85 even 210 and more ... drug gave me HCT 25g and Nitrolingual spray .... Is it not possible to prescribe another drug, one or two??? Do I have to take full handfuls of pills, and the pressure and so high?? I do not sleep, I'm irritable,,,please help thanks Alina

Czy leki zostały wypisane przez tego samego lekarza? Oba preparaty obniżają ciśnienie tętnicze, a więc zażywane jednocześnie sprawią, że działanie to będzie silniejsze. Jeżeli leki zostały przepisane przez różnych lekarzy, wskazana jest konsultacja w celu ustalenia, czy leki te mogą być jednocześnie stosowane, a jeśli tak, to czy nie zachodzi konieczność zmiany zaleceń odnośnie dawkowania. W przypadku, gdy leki zaordynował ten sam lekarz proszę przestrzegać schematu dawkowania oraz regularnie kontrolować ciśnienie tętnicze krwi.
