Polsart to lek jednoskładnikowy - zawiera tylko jedną substancję, czyli telmisartan. Polsart Plus natomiast to lek dwuskładnikowy - zawiera telmisartan oraz hydrochlorotiazyd. Leki te nie są więc odpowiednikami i nie mogą być stosowane zamiennie bez porozumienia z lekarzem.
