If I get vomiting 4 hours after taking Triquilar, is there a risk of pregnancy?

I have been taking triquilar birth control pills for a long time, i have been vomiting 4 hours after taking the tablet. Does this mean that the tablet may not have absorbed and contraception has been reduced? I'm a little afraid because 2 days in more often came to close up if there is a chance of getting pregnant ....

Jeżeli w ciągu 3 do 4 godzin po przyjęciu tabletki wystąpią wymioty ochrona antykoncepcyjna mogła zostać zmniejszona i ryzyko ciąży wzrasta. W takiej sytuacji należy postąpić jak w przypadku pominięcia tabletki, co powinno się przeprowadzić zgodnie z zaleceniem w ulotce, w zależności od tego, której tabletki w blistrze dotyczy sytuacja.
