Are heart jerks the result of taking Seronil and Ivohart?

Hi, from 10days biore ivohard and seronil. The doctor found neuroses of the heart. I had a pulse raised earlier. From 2 days there were other symptoms as if a jerk of the heart. Is it the effects of the drug? I reported to the doctor that he had ordered the drug to be taken

Trudno jest odpowiedzieć jednoznacznie, jaka jest przyczyna, skoro ma Pani zdiagnozowaną chorobę obejmującą serce. Lepszy ogląd na Pani przypadek i właściwszą ocenę dolegliwości będzie mieć lekarz zapoznany z dokumentacją medyczną. Nie można wykluczyć wpływu leków.

Ivohart to lek wpływający na pracę serca, a możliwe działanie niepożądane mogą obejmować takie objawy jak zmiana czynności serca (objawy zwolnienia częstości akcji serca), które występują szczególnie w ciągu pierwszych 2 do 3 miesięcy od rozpoczęcia leczenia. Zgłaszano także nieregularne, szybkie skurcze serca czy niezwykłe odczuwanie bicia serca. Kołatanie serca czy wydłużenie odcinka QT w obrazie EKG może być także możliwym skutkiem ubocznym leku Seronil.

Stosowanie iwabradyny (składnika aktywnego leku Ivohart) razem z fluoksetyną (składnikiem leku Seronil) może zwiększać ryzyko nieregularnego rytmu serca, chociaż jest to stosunkowo rzadko występująca interakcje. Lekarz zlecający oba leki powinien wziąć pod uwagę możliwe oddziaływania obu leków i wpływ na serce przy dobieraniu dawki i dawkowania.
