Alprox należy odstawić po konsultacji z lekarzem.
Jak podaje producent: ": Dawkę leku należy zmniejszać stopniowo. Zalecane zmniejszanie dawki dobowej alprazolamu nie powinno przekraczać 0,5 mg co trzy dni. U niektórych pacjentów może okazać się konieczne jeszcze wolniejsze zmniejszanie dawki." Tabletkę można dzielić.
