Tak, można łączyć lek Nexium z preparatami zawierającymi furaginę. Stosując takie połączenie należy zwrócić jednak uwagę na fakt, iż esomeprazol (substancja czynna leku Nexium) może zmniejszać wchłanianie furaginy, dlatego należy zachować minimum 2-3 godziny odstępu między dawkami tych leków.
