If I expect menstruation soon, can I start using macmiror complex globulek and continue after bleeding?

Good morning, I got a macmiror from the doctor for 12 days. However, I know that I will get menstruation earlier, can I use "how much is possible" macmiror earlier and continue after menstruation? Do you wait until your menstruation has pass and apply only after? I would add that I am irritated by the infective symptoms.

W takiej sytuacji leczenie należy przerwać na czas miesiączki i kontynuować stosowanie globulek po zakończeniu krwawienia.
