How do I change Sedam to Xanax?

Hi 😊 I pytanko. For a month I took sedam. The doctor swapped me for xanax. Once he told me that the other day instead of sedamu I can take xanax . That's what I did and there was an interaction. I was called by ambulance. Hence my question . How many days should I wait to change my medicine? Please write off and thank you in advance
