Do you return to Concor Cor 1.25 and start the process from reducing the dose of the drug to giving up completely?
Hello. For a year I have been treating arrhythmia in the form of ventricular extrasystolies. I have already taken sotahexsal 40,metocard xk 23,75,polfenon 150 and most recently concor cor 1,25. After a recent study of the holter, the cardiologist decided to discontinue the drug on suspicion that the beta blocker cause me a proarithmic effect. Arrhythmia apparently does not threaten my life. Discontinuation of the drug occurred overnight, because the doctor concluded that it is a "homeopathic" dose. After a week I had tem.37 degrees, muscle pain, slab and palpitations, flu-like symptoms that subsided after the day. Remaining more noticeable palpitations seca. Pulse and pressure I have in the norm. Please support me. Is it an effect after discontinuation of the drug (beta blocker circulate in my body for a year) Do I return to concor cor 1.25 with start the process from reducing the dose of the drug to complete abandonment,or is it still wait? Please answer. Thank you

Concor Cor to lek zawierający bisoprolol. Dawka 1,25 mg to najniższa zarejestrowana dawka. Tabletka dawki 1,25 mg nie ma rowka dzielącego i nie da się już uzyskać z niej leku o mniejszej mocy. Dostępne są jedynie dawki wyższe: 2,5 mg, 3,75 mg, 5 mg, 7,5 mg i 10 mg. Rzeczywiście w razie konieczności przerwania leczenia, lekarz zwykle zaleci stopniowe zmniejszenie dawki leku. "Zwykle", ponieważ przy tak niskiej dawce trudni mi powiedzieć, w jaki sposób możliwe byłoby "stopniowe odstawienie".
Skoro kardiolog zdecydował o odstawieniu leku w związku z podejrzeniem działania niepożądanego (efekt proarytmiczny) to nie widzę wskazań, aby u Pana ten lek ponownie włączać do terapii. Farmaceuta nie ma także kompetencji, aby udzielać tego typu porad. Ewentualne objawy po zaprzestaniu leczenia betablokerem (takim jak bisoprolol) mogą być związane z pracą serca, natomiast nie widzę związku z objawami grypopodobnymi po tygodniu od przerwania leczenia.
Jeśli odczuwa Pan jakieś niepokojące dolegliwości ("kołatanie") to proszę skontaktować się z kardiologiem. Tego typu objawy raczej nie mogą być diagnozowane online.
