Lorista to lek zawierający losartan potasowy, a Lispirol to preparat, którego składnikiem aktywnym jest lisinopril. Składnik aktywny jest inny, leki te nie są swoimi odpowiednikami i nie mogą być stosowane zamiennie bez konsultacji z lekarzem.
