Can I combine Levox, Duspatalin retard and Zulbex?

Good morning is it possible to take the antibiotic Levoxa 500 (twice a day) with Duspatalin retard 200mg (also twice a day) and Zublex 20 mg twice a day? Is taking them together, of course, at another hour is unblemed or will it interfere with each other? I will also say that I suffer from the recurrent helicobacter pylori bacteria.
