Należy zachować dużą ostrożność, jeśli lek Rantudil Retard stosowany jest przez pacjentów przyjmujących jednocześnie leki przeciwzakrzepowe, takie jak Pradaxa, gdyż zwiększa to ryzyko krwawień.
Wymienione leki można przyjmować razem tylko wtedy, jeśli zostały przepisane przez jednego lekarza, lub jeśli lekarze przepisujący te preparaty byli poinformowani o tym, jakie inne leki pacjent już zażywa, na jakie dodatkowe schorzenia cierpi i tylko w takiej kombinacji (kolejności), jak wynika z tych zaleceń.
