Nie ma przeciwwskazań do jednoczesnego stosowania leków Panadol Extra, Positivum i Gynalgin, nie są wymagane odstępy czasowe, aczkolwiek Gynalgin powinien być stosowany na noc.
Positivum zawiera już wyciąg z ziela melisy, więc nie ma potrzeby dodatkowego spożywania melisy podczas jego stosowania.
