Nie ma przeciwwskazań do spożywania oleju z czarnuszki, picia naparów z pokrzywy, morwy białej, rumianku, czystka lub melisy oraz suplementacji witamin z grupy B i witaminy D3 w trakcie kuracji lekiem Oroes.
Napary ziołowe należy stosować ostrożnie, zbyt częste spożywanie, np. czystka może prowadzić do wzrostu ciśnienia tętniczego krwi czy wysypki lub anemii; pokrzywy - wypłukanie z moczem soli mineralnych; łączenie pokrzywy i morwy białej może doprowadzić do znacznego obniżenia poziomu cukru we krwii - hipoglikemii.
