Nie ma ogólnych zaleceń co do długości terapii lekiem Entresto. Lek można przyjmować tak długo, jak zaleci lekarz.
Produktu nie można odstawiać z dnia na dzień, lecz stopniowo - zgodnie z zaleceniami lekarza. Taka praktyka mogłaby doprowadzić do gwałtownego wzrostu ciśnienia tętniczego krwi, czego konsekwencją mógłby być udar bądź zawał.
