Nie, kąpiel w wodzie z dodatkiem nadmanganianu potasu nie ma wpływu na skuteczność krążka Adaring.
Istnieje prawdopodobieństwo, że witamina C w dawce 2000 mg i jej nagłe odstawienie mogą wpływać na skuteczność krążka, wpływając na zmianę stężenia estrogenów we krwi, dlatego podczas zażywania takiej dawki witaminy C i po jej gwałtownym odstawieniu powinna się Pani dodatkowo zabezpieczać.
