Nie należy łącznie stosować leku AzitroLek 500 i preparatów z amantadyną, chyba, że lekarz prowadzący zalecił inaczej.
Obydwa preparaty mogą wpływać na wydłużeniu odstępu QT, co może spowodować wystąpienie nieregularnego rytmu serca. U pacjentów stosujących leki łącznie może wystąpić tzw. torsade de pointes (czyli wielokształtny częstoskurcz komorowy).
