Can I use herbal preparations such as Forsen Forte when using Trittico XR?

Can lemon balm and hops contained in Forsen forte tablets interact with the trzadon contained in Trittico XR? For 3 months I have been treated for problems with ache, a psychiatrist increases my dose of trodone (I am currently taking 225mg) and in Trittico XR the effects are very weak. On an ad hoc basis, I can take Afobam or Nasen, but I'm afraid to take too often so as not to become addicted. So can I take herbal medicines like Foresn forte to support sleep on an ad hoc basis? ? The doctor also prescribed me as an additional drug Spamilan, but he in the description has that it can cause insomnia so I do not take it, because with my already present insomnia I do not want to aggravate it. Please advice because in the current situation I have contact with a psychiatrist once a month and it is on the platform zoom meeting..

W przypadku leku Spamilan jako działania niepożądane zgłaszano zarówno senność jak i bezsenność. Łączenie preparatu z lekiem Trittico XR powinno być poprzedzone konsultacją lekarską, ponieważ leki mogą powodować nasilenie swojego działania i zwiększenie ryzyka wystąpienia działań niepożądanych. Opisywane w ulotkach działania niepożądane mogą, ale nie muszą wystąpić u konkretnego pacjenta.

W literaturze nie opisano przeciwwskazań do równoczesnego stosowania ziołowych preparatów z melisą i chmielem. Przy czym proszę pamiętać, że zalecone preparaty przez lekarza mogą nasilać działanie innych preparatów uspokajających. Może to powodować m.in. senność lub trudności z koncentracją.

Stosowanie preparatów Afobam lub Nasen powinno być krótkotrwałe i w możliwie jak najmniejszej skutecznej dawce.

Przed zastosowaniem dodatkowych preparatów wyciszających zachęcam do konsultacji z lekarzem prowadzącym. Proszę zgłosić, że uważa Pani, że działanie przepisanych leków jest niewystarczające.
