Zawarte w produkcie leczniczym Neosine Duo inozyny pranobeks i glukonian cynku nie wpływają na skuteczność antykoncepcji horomonalnej.
Pod warunkiem, że tabletki antykoncepcyjne są przyjmowane zgodnie z zaleceniami, a w przebiegu nie doszło do biegunki bądź wymiotów w ciągu 4 godzin od przyjęcia tabletki, skuteczność antykoncepcji zostaje zachowana. Infekcja i osłabienie organizmu nie wpływają na skuteczność środków antykoncepcyjnych.
