Does Acard impair ovulation and what can be used instead?

Hi, I have been diagnosed with a mutation in the MTHFR gene - thus the haematologist recommended prophylactic daily use of the drug Acard (1tab). However, I read that drugs of this type adversely affect ovulation, and I plan pregnancies in the near future. Is there another drug/specificity that would be recommended as an anticoagulatory wednesday that would not adversely affect ovulation?
