Wymienione leki nie powinny być łącznie stosowane, chyba, że lekarz prowadzący zalecił inaczej.

Łączne stosowanie leków zwiększa ryzyko wystąpienia działań niepożądanych takich, jak np. senność czy trudności z koncentracją. Dodatkowo Neurotop retard może spowodować zmniejszenie skuteczności leku Afobam. Stosowanie preparatów w politerapii wymaga nadzoru lekarza prowadzącego.
