Is it possible to use a dietary supplement Alflorex half a year after opening?

Half a year ago I bought Alflorex, opened, took a few capsules and the rest lie in the container for half a year. The leaflet is written to be used within 30 days after opening. Are the capsules still full-fledged half a year after opening the container?

Zgodnie z informacją producenta, suplement diety Symbiosys Alflorex najlepiej spożyć w ciągu 30 dni od pierwszego otwarcia. Po tym czasie producent nie gwarantuje tej samej jakości produktu. Suplement diety będzie narażony na zmiany wilgotności i inne niekorzystne czynniki.
