Will 2h delay in taking the tablet interfere with the effectiveness of contraception?

Can a 2-hour delay in taking the tablet on the 5th day of taking it the day after intercourse cause pregnancies? If so, should I stop taking the drug or wait until there is bleeding and then go to the gynecologist?

Nie, spóźnienie z przyjęciem tabletki na poziomie 2h nie wpłynie negatywnie na skuteczność antykoncepcji. Dopiero zażycie dawki leku z poślizgiem wynoszącym ponad 12h mogłoby realnie zaburzyć skuteczność leku. W Pani przypadku nie ma zatem powodów do obaw, proszę w dalszym ciągu przyjmować tabletki.
