I use Evra patches, i change the patch every week on Wednesday. The last two weeks I did it normally and forgot about the third patch (I thought the previous one was.already the last of the package) and peeled off the patch nienprzyklejakac the next. I found a package with the last patch now (on Saturday) and I don't know what to do. Glue? Then peel off normally on Wednesday and wait for menstruation? What can happen?

If you are two days late with applying a new patch, apply a new patch immediately. The next Evra patch should be applied on the usual "Patch Change Day" (i.e. you will wear the second patch two days less - not 7, but 5 days). If you have worn the patch correctly within 7 days before the first day of being late with the patch, it is not necessary to use an additional method of contraception. If intercourse occurred during this time, there is a risk of pregnancy and a pregnancy test should be taken from the pharmacy. I enclose links to pages where you can compare the prices of pregnancy tests in online pharmacies and order a test with home delivery or collection at a pharmacy, e.g. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/97388/domowe-laboratorium-pink-test-ciazowy-strumieniowy-super-czuly-test/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/91349/domowe-laboratorium-pink-test-ciazowy-plytkowy-super-czuly-test/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/8584/babycheck-1-wb-test-ciazowy-z-krwi-test/apteki I attach also a link where you can check the availability of Evra patches and make a reservation at the pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/28646/evra-system-transdermalny/apteki

To @Emilia:
You don't have to wait for another bleeding to apply the patch. You can do this now, but please remember to use an additional method of contraception for the entire first cycle of using the patches - for 4 weeks.
Only when using the patches from the next package will the protection be fully ensured. Applying the patch on any day of the cycle also increases the risk of bleeding and mid-cycle spotting.
I should apply the patch on Friday, it was a holiday and pharmacies were closed, can I apply patch 1 after a week break after menstruation on Saturday or do I have to wait until the next bleeding?

To @Anonmino:
Contraceptive protection is weakened. Pregnancy should be ruled out by performing a pregnancy test, e.g.: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/97388/pink-test-ciazowy-strumieniowy-super-czuly-domowe-laboratrium-test/apteki
I've always worn the band-aid, years now. I usually change it on Friday nights regularly, I had to attach the second patch and I forgot. I changed it on Monday afternoon. What if I had sex on a Thursday night and not afterwards am I protected?

To @Lola:
If you have had your period after finishing your previous pack of contraceptive patch, and you have not applied a new patch on the allotted day (Day 0, i.e. Thursday), then apply a new patch as soon as possible, preferably on Friday (Day 1). There is no need to wait until next Thursday. Please continue to wear the patch for a standard week (7 days), changing it on consecutive Fridays.
If you have had intercourse in the last 7 days, pregnancy should be ruled out. Confirmation of the lack of pregnancy can be a pregnancy test performed about 10 days after intercourse:
https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/97388/domowe-laboratorium-pink-test-ciazowy-strumieniowy-super-czuly-test/apteki
Please note that delaying the application of a new patch may increase the risk of pregnancy. Therefore, it is important to always change the patch on the designated day. If you have doubts about this situation, it is always worth consulting a doctor who can provide more personalized advice. If you are not able to make a face-to-face visit, I attach a link to the online teleconsultation: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-ginekologiem
What if I got my period after the packaging was finished and I didn't stick the patch from the new package on day 0, i.e. Thursday, but on Friday?
Should I stick the evra patch on a different day than the first day of menstruation? This will be my first sticking, I've never used them before? Another menstrual period in 3 weeks and I wanted to start contraception sooner

To @Maria:
To ensure that protection is maintained from the first patch, it is advisable to wait for the bleeding to occur and apply the first patch from the new pack on the first day of bleeding.
Hello, what if I finished the 3rd patch and I had a week without a patch and this week was extended to me for two weeks without a patch, which in such a situation, unfortunately, you did not have the means to buy new patches beforehand.

To @Lenka:
If the change is delayed for up to 48 hours, if the patch has been worn correctly for the previous 7 days, contraceptive protection is maintained.
Hello, if I forgot to change the third patch and instead of Wednesday ( even in the evening because that's how I change
Usually) I put it on Friday morning if I should feel threatened by pregnancy if I had sex a few days later.

To @Ola1: In such a situation, contraceptive protection may have been weakened. Start a new cycle of using the patches and use an additional method of contraception (e.g. condoms) for the first 7 days.
Hello, evra patches have been used for a few years and I always change on Tuesday. Exactly a week ago I peeled off the patch and as always after 2-3 days I got menstruation. Today, when I wanted to stick a new patch, I realized that I missed one in the last cycle. So I got menstruation after 2 patches and not 3. What now?

To @Domi: Yes, apply a new patch as soon as possible - then "Change of patch day" and "Day 1" will change. In addition, additional contraceptive methods, e.g. condoms, should be used for the first 7 days, as contraceptive protection may be impaired.
Hello, what if I have been taking Eva patches for half a year and I should put on Tuesday evening a patch (new package) after the end of menstruation and I forgot, can I put it on the next day?

To @Carol: If this is your first pack of patches and you have applied the first patch on a day other than the first day of menstruation, the protection will be reduced. If you had intercourse during this time, the risk of pregnancy exists. It is worth consulting a doctor. If intercourse did not take place - since you now have a second patch glued, after 7 days of wearing the second patch you should change it to the third, then after 7 days of wearing the third one take a 7-day break and then start a new package of patches - the protection will be fully preserved only when using the patches from the second package, i.e. in the next cycle.
Hello, I should take the first patch during okrsu on Thursday. By mistake I glued it a week later. I understand that this is the first week, I have to use all 3 and without a week break start the next one? I realized about the mistake only now, i.e. at the end when I use patch 2 (and it should be 3). I did not use an additional method. What if I'm pregnant?

To @Dorota: If you are two days late in applying a new patch, you should immediately apply a new patch. The next Evra patch should be put on the usual "Patch Change Day" (i.e. the second patch will be worn two days less - not 7.but 5 days). If, during the 7 days preceding the first day of being late with putting on the patch, it was worn correctly, it is not necessary to use an additional method of contraception.
What to do if I forgot on the 8th day to glue 2 slice after 10 days
