Nie istnieje lek o nazwie "tripliksmna". Jeśli chodzi o Triplixam, to nie - nie można go zamienić na Prestarium, gdyż Triplixam to lek zawierający w składzie 3 substancje czynne: amlodypinę, perindopril i indapamid, a Prestarium tylko jedną - perindopril. Nie jest to więc lek, który może tak samo efektywnie obniżyć ciśnienie, jak Triplixam.
