Nie powinno się łącznie stosować preparatu Aciprex oraz Wellbutrin XR chyba, że lekarz prowadzący zalecił inaczej.

Lek Wellbutrin XR może zwiększać stężenie preparatu Aciprex we krwi co może wpływać na zwiększenie siły działania preparatu oraz zwiększać ryzyko wystąpienia działań niepożądanych leku. Łączne stosowanie preparatów może zwiększać ryzyko wystąpienia drgawek:
