Substancją czynną leku Roticox jest Etorykoksyb, natomiast Aclexy - Celekoksyb. Obie substancje należą do tej samej grupy Niesteroidowych Leków Przeciwzapalnych, zatem ich działanie będzie podobne natomiast nieidentyczne, ponieważ mimo wszystko są to różne związki chemiczne. Nie można zatem traktować ich jako swoich zamienników. Co do zasady jednak - oba leki będą działać przeciwzapalnie i przeciwbólowo. Zachęcam do zapoznania się z ulotkami leków:
