Should I discontinue Setaloft if I feel dizzy after it?

Hi I take setaloft the second day half a tablet in the morning, I have dizziness after it. Will it pass, or should I stop taking it?

Zawroty głowy po Setalofcie mogą minąć w ciągu kilku pierwszych tygodni leczenia.
Jeżeli tak się nie stanie, zawroty głowy nasilą się lub jeśli zauważy Pani inne, niepokojące objawy, należy zgłosić to lekarzowi. Myślę, że nie powinna Pani w tym momencie przerywać leczenia, chyba że tak zaleci lekarz.
