Can Qutern be taken with Doxar and Valtricom for hypertension?

Good day, Can Qutern 5mg and 10mg be taken with pressure medications i.e. Doxar 4mg and Valtricom 10mg/160mg/25mg? Thank you for your reply.

Nie zaleca się jednoczesnego stosowania leków Qtern i Valtricom, gdyż dapagliflozyna - substancja czynna leku Qtern - może potęgować efekt diuretyczny leku Valtricom zwiększając ryzyko odwodnienia i hipotensji (obniżenia ciśnienia tętniczego).

Jeśli lekarz zalecił jednoczesne przyjmowanie leków Qtern, Doxar i Valtricom podczas takiej terapii należy ściśle przestrzegać zaleceń lekarza i kontrolować ciśnienie tętnicze krwi. Jeśli wystąpią zawroty głowy, szczególnie podczas zmiany pozycji z leżącej na stojącą, fakt ten należy zgłosić lekarzowi:
