Is it possible that I am pregnant?

Hi, I take cerazette birth control pills, unfortunately I missed them twice one month ago, the other a week ago, but it has not passed 12h from a certain time of continuous intake. Now I am 16 days late. With my partner I had sex, unprotected moments, there was no ejaculation in the sheath only to a condom. Is it possible that I am pregnant?
