Doustne środki antykoncepcyjne, np. Dionelle mogą zwiększać metabolizm w wątrobie trójpierścieniowych leków przeciwdepresyjnych, do których należy Amitriptylinum VP, czego efektem będzie zmniejszenie jego stężenia w osoczu i zmniejszona odpowiedź przeciwdepresyjna.

Jeśli zamierza Pani stosować lek Dionelle w trakcie terapii środkiem Amitriptylinum VP należy poinformować o tym lekarza, aby mógł odpowiednio dobrać dawkowanie.
