Można stosować Acard z wymienionymi przez Panią lekami, ale dopiero po uprzedniej konsultacji z lekarzem, gdyż kwas acetylosalicylowy - substancja czynna leku Acard:
- osłabia działanie moczopędne leku Indapen SR poprzez zatrzymanie sodu i wody w organizmie na skutek zmniejszenia filtracji kłębuszkowej, spowodowanej zmniejszoną syntezą prostaglandyn w nerkach,
- zmniejsza działanie przeciwnadciśnieniowe leku Tritace poprzez zmniejszenie filtracji kłębuszkowej, wynikające z hamowania produkcji prostaglandyn, działających rozszerzająco na naczynia krwionośne,
- zmniejsza działanie przeciwnadciśnieniowe leku Bisocard.
