Równoczesne stosowanie zolpidemu oraz mirtazapiny (Remeron) nie jest przeciwwskazane.

Należy jednak mieć świadomość, że jednoczesne stosowanie obu wspomnianych leków może nasilać działania niepożądane, takie jak zawroty głowy, senność, splątanie i trudności z koncentracją. Niektóre osoby, zwłaszcza seniorzy, mogą także doświadczać zaburzeń myślenia, oceny i koordynacji ruchowej.

Jeśli przyjmowanie obu leków zostało zalecone przez lekarza, w jego ocenie korzyści ze wspomnianej terapii przewyższają ewentualne ryzyko. Należy więc postępować zgodnie z zaleceniami lekarza.
