Ivabradine i wenlafaksyna to leki wydawane na receptę, zatem można przyjmować je razem tylko wtedy, jeśli zostały przepisane przez jednego lekarza, lub jeśli lekarze przepisujący te preparaty byli poinformowani o tym, jakie inne leki pacjent już zażywa, na jakie dodatkowe schorzenia cierpi i tylko w takiej kombinacji (kolejności), jak wynika z tych zaleceń.
Nie zaleca się jednoczesnego stosowania leku Ivabradine i wenlafaksyna (co nie oznacza, że jest to przeciwwskazane), gdyż może to prowadzić do wystąpienia zaburzeń rytmu serca.
