Can Parogen, Mesopral, Rupurix, Cirrus and Erdomed be used together?

I have been taking Parogen and Mesopral for a long time. Yesterday, an ENT doctor prescribed me drugs: Rupurix, Erdomed and Cirrus. Can all these medicines be used at the same time?

Wymienione przez Panią leki mogą być stosowane łącznie pod warunkiem, że lekarz wiedział o ich stosowaniu.

Mesopral jest lekiem zmniejszającym wydzielanie kwasu żołądkowego. Może powodować zwiększenie wchłaniania pseudoefedryny (jednego ze składników leku Cirrus), co może zwiększać ryzyko wystąpienia działań niepożądanych (jak np. przyspieszenie akcji serca).

Łączne stosowanie preparatu Parogen wraz z lekami przeciwhistaminowymi (cetyryzyną - jednym ze składników leku Cirrus oraz rupatadyną (składnik czynny preparatu Rupurix)) może zwiększać ryzyko wystąpienia działań niepożądanych takich jak np. senność lub trudności z koncentracją.
