Nie ma przeciwwskazań do łączenia leku Pradaxa z suplementem diety Kalcikinon.
W przeciwieństwie do warfaryny i acenokumarolu (leków przeciwzakrzepowych starej generacji), dabigatran (substancja czynna leku Pradaxa) nie należy do grupy antagonistów witaminy K, a więc spożywanie produktów bogatych w witaminę K (np. suplement diety Kalcikinon) nie ma wpływu na działanie dabigatranu.
