What is the difference between chemotherapeutic and antibiotic?

Please, let the editor of this site explain to these lost sick poor people (I am too) that Nolicin is primarily not an antibiotic only hemioterapeutyk and if someone gets chronically ill, then he will not cure effectively, and has cruel side effects.

Nolicin contains norfloxacin in its composition. It is an antibacterial drug from the group of fluorinated quinolones (fluoroquinolones). Since the drug has an antibacterial effect, it is colloquially called an antibiotic, but in fact it belongs to the group of chemotherapeutic agents. The difference between an antibiotic and a chemotherapeutic agent is that antibiotics are mostly formed by semisynthesis from natural substrates, and if they are obtained entirely synthetically, their structure derives from compounds that are observed in nature, while chemotherapeutic agents do not have such equivalents and are obtained on the basis of complete chemical synthesis.
