Nie ma przeciwwskazań do jednoczesnego przyjmowania produktów Pregna Start i Calperos 1000, jednak stosując witaminę D3, która wchodzi w skład Pregna Start i wapń, należy kontrolować poziom wapnia we krwi, gdyż stosując równocześnie te dwa związki, znacząco zwiększa się wchłanianie wapnia z układu pokarmowego, co może prowadzić do jego nadmiaru.
